I really do love sausages. I like all of them - Bratwurst, Kielbossa, Italian, Polish, English bangers, that Chinese sausage they put in those $1 subs, turkey sausage, links, rounds; I do not discriminate! I like them barbecued, broiled, baked with roast, boiled in soup, fried with perogies; bring it on! They can be served on buns, in a breakfast sandwich, on a plate; whatev!
I think if it weren't for sausages, I'd be a vegetarian. But since they are undoubtedly the meatiest (most meaty?) of all the meats it just doesn't make sense not to eat 'em all.
