Toronto the good

Things I miss about Toronto:
1. Joe, Kristin and Ella
2. friends, neighbours and the good ones in GRIP (NATALIE!!)
3. Big Fat Burrito (spicy yam)
4. being able to try on designer shoes (I can’t actually afford them, but I could at least see myself in a mirror with them on – they just don’t have a Coach store in Windsor)
5. Saigon Palace, #34
6. those $1 Vietnamese subs
7. China Town – art supplies, dishes and bamboo curtains
8. B-list celebrity sightings – “Hey is that Alanis?”
9. C-list celebrity sightings – “Hey is that Gowan?”
10. On the Rocks – karaoke bar (Total Eclipse of the Heart duet w/Joe)
11. Ikea

Things I don’t really miss:
1. Traffic
2. My landlords
3. The subway ride during rush hours (one hour to get home!)
4. My former micro-managing boss
5. How the Saigon Palace #22 would always splash up on my white shirt
6. How I felt after eating the $1 sub
7. China Town – smells
8. How everyone was so impressed by the B and C list celebrities
9. Too many stores, not enough money!
10. My signing voice after a pitcher of beer
11. Ikea (Swedish for "put it together your dang self")
