renovation generation

I have had some requests to update the blog with recent home renovations. Well, I would normally save the reveal till after the work was completed, but I am guessing this may take more time that originally thought. There's a "before" shot looking straight at the old cast iron stack and old bathroom door. Then there's our basement now - a hole - future location of a new and improved bathroom. With help from Linh and Robert, we removed the stack. The last picture showing the black prime evil sludge was discovered when we cut the pipes. That's 80 years of bathroom sink ooze. YUM!
