dread the tread

I have tamed the beast at my gym, commonly known as the treadmill. I have overcome its inadequate cupholder by getting an iPod that fits in it and have learned that if I wrap my water bottle in paper towels it doesn't jiggle around so loudly. I have mastered the safety-switch thingy that will stop the tread mid-run if you dare to exhale a little too vehemently and I have even found a favourite amoung the row of nearly identical machines. With my new treadmill optimism I was happy to find this OK-go video that pays homage to the treadmill – it’s a catchy song too.
