I was in the break room (actually the break/lunch/photocopy/fax/storage room, and is has the only large meeting table in the vicinity) making toast and thinking about having some coffee when a fax starts coming in and POOF the power goes out.
“You can’t use the toaster when something else is plugged in” I am told by Miscellaneous University Administrator.
Me - So, you have to unplug the fax to make toast?
MUA – And the photocopiers.
Me – That’s crazy.
MUA – Yeah, we just don’t make toast anymore.
(pause)
MAU – Or boil water.
